Okay, so yesterday I did some work around my own resistance. Boom! I am feeling good today. I am back on track. This morning when I journaled with my Bad-ass Body Brigade (my weight loss spirit guide team), I asked them what else I could do today to release weight. I told them I was feeling kinda bloated and needed their guidance. Remember you gotta ask for the help, and then it is up to YOU to follow the guidance or not.
So for me, they recommended I lay off the salt for a few days. I don't use that much salt in my cooking, but there ya go. I may even go back and do some allergy healing around salts! Then they told me to use some essential oils on my dry brush.
Each morning I use a dry skin brush before I hop in the shower. It is a great way to get the blood flowing, increase circulation, help release toxins and more. Highly recommend.
Then after all of that awesome advice that literally took about 1 minute to receive, I thought about how far I have come even in a few weeks of working my own program. And my team reminded me that it is soooooo important to celebrate each week (and honestly everyday if that keeps you motivated).
And that is what I did. I have created new healthy habits that fit right into my day. Remember for me it is about adding small actions throughout my day. It is about ease and flow for me. Smaller plates, cooking more, adding vegetables and healthy fats, moving my ass more, stretching, short bursts of exercise, journaling daily, tongue scraping and dry skin brushing daily, using my essential oils, my crystals, and doing the belief work and energy healing.
I have incorporated all of this into my day without feeling overwhelmed! That right there is a lot to celebrate.
What can you celebrate about YOU today? Take a minute and reflect. It is all too easy to focus on what we are NOT doing, rather than where we are doing awesome. Focus on the awesome and celebrate YOU! I do.
