my past life is making me overweight?

Did you know that you can carry energy over from other lifetimes that can keep you stuck, slow you down and hold extra weight on your body?

Crazy right?  Think about this for a moment and you will see what I mean.  Say in another life you are attacked, sexually abused or made to feel like you are too beautiful or sexy.  This in an of itself is horrible.  So you make a vow to yourself or God that you will never let this happen again.  

You may gain a bunch of weight, so that you are no longer target for predators or so that you can just be invisible to these terrible people.  And because of this shock and trauma that maybe was never truly healed and released, you bring thing energy into your next life.  And so on.  We can bring all sorts of oaths, vows, contracts, pacts, curses etc into each life that we live until we are made aware and release these energies.

We can also bring with us a myriad of trapped emotions, shock, traumas of all kinds into this life.  No wonder we can feel so lost, so stuck, so heavy.  We have all this energetic baggage that we choose (most times unconsciously) to lug around lifetime after lifetime.
