Happiest of Mondays! Here is a little something I have been pondering.

So often we spiritual folks want to go higher, higher and higher into the realms of all this is energy. And don't get me wrong, I love being in that energy.

But we have chosen to be here, in this body, having this human experience, on this planet, at this time.

Maybe all we need to do is be in our body!
