Happiest of Fridays to you! So it is true that small changes can bring big results. I have been making tiny changes in my diet and exercise routine daily and I feel better, lighter. It sounds silly but I am using a smaller mug for my morning coffee, smaller plates for my meals, and I am adding vegetables everywhere I can. I am building more movement in my day. My team this morning suggested that I make a list of 10 ways I can build more movement into my day. I had no trouble doing this, and I am happy to say I do a lot of these already. We forget to acknowledge our accomplishments sometimes, so for me this was a great validation that I am in fact making changes!! I have also been doing belief work as I need it. If I get a thought that is negative about myself in any way, I just take a deep breath and connect in and start pulling the beliefs, then I download more positive alternatives. You can totally make little changes each week, and before you know it you have new, positive habits in place. Little by little. One step at a time.
