What do i do?

In the online world (and in the "real" world) we are often asked what we do.  I find this question simple and difficult all at the same time.  As a healer and teacher and spiritual coach, it can be hard to define what exactly I do.  I hold space.  How's that for vague?  I shine the light on you and your awesome soul.  Again, what the heck is that?  I send energy and balance your chakras.  Say what?  I use crystals and oils and my Tibetan bells to raise your vibes and clear out the old.  Huh?  I go into your Akashic Records and see where you have gotten off your highest path and made choices that have led you to your experiences.  Akasha what now?  If you are giggling, you get it.  You know how tough it can be to put a definition on the spiritual businesses.  Here is the best way I can describe what I do.  I help YOU manifest YOUR magic.  Keep reading for a clearer picture.  And if you resonate with it all, reach out.  Let's work together!!

How would you like to work with a healer and coach who knows what it is like to feel lost; not knowing what to do or where to even begin?  That was me.  I have always known that I wanted to help people, but I had no idea how.  I began my journey 20 years ago studying Massage Therapy, which led me to Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Hypnosis.  I loved these modalities, but I felt like these were just the stepping stones for something more expansive for me. 

When I discovered Reiki energy healing I knew.  I knew that energy healing was my "thing".  I became a Reiki Master a few years later, and I haven't looked back.  What I have done is expand my awareness into other energy healing modalities like the Akashic Records, DNA Restructure™ Method and Sacred Activations.  I won't bore you with all of my trainings because quite frankly they don't tell you what your transformation will be by working with me.  Let's just leave it that I LOVE to learn and grow, and I am not afraid to invest in myself that way!  All of my sessions involve working with and in the Akashic Records, so that the deepest healing can take place and the highest and best knowledge can come through.

So, how can I help YOU?  Here's where I shine.  I am great at helping my clients re-discover their awesome Soul self, not the person they think they "should" be or that others expect of them, but the real YOU!

Another thing I am great at is uncovering where you are blocked, stuck and where you don't really want to look.  I am a healer after all, and releasing those stubborn blocks is what I do.  When blocks, limiting beliefs, stuck emotions are released from your energy field (body, mind, Spirit) you are free to make new conscious choices thereby creating your dream life.

I am also in my genius helping you own your shizzle, your sparkle, your stuff.  I, with the help of Spirit (always) help YOU get clear actionable steps to take in order to create your best life (the good stuff).  I am all about taking action.  You cannot sit on your couch and watch TV all day, expecting your life to magically change.  I am all for help from the Universe, but this is NOT how it works.  Sorry.  You need to get out of your comfort zone if you want to create new experiences in alignment with YOU!!
